My husband and I stopped into Lexus of Sarasota this afternoon hoping for some information on lease opportunities for the UX. The salesman who met us at the entryway was disinterested, minimally helpful afternoon hoping for some information on lease opportunities for the UX. The salesman who met us at the entryway was disinterested, minimally helpful at best and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. It was as if he chose to prejudge our ability to afford a Lexus- what a turn off! In my humble opinion, a salesperson's job is to welcome a potential customer and be ready and willing to educate about their product...this was NOT our experience at Lexus of Sarasota. We will be sure to take our business elsewhere. More

That is where quality service starts, Jason Peters is my service representative and he also has been exceptional when dealing with th during my life. I want to thank them and the dealership for employing such thoughful, delightful, helpful,and cheerful individuals to carry out quality service. The only area of concern today was that I waited by my car for scheduled service and 3 of the check in reps just stood at their stations doing nothing. The one rep who was busy, finished and came over to me immediately. The rep who responded use to be in the service department and I give credit to him . Thanks to him or I may still be standing there. More
