And of course Shaun was......ok. Just joking. It was obvious where Kaleb got his manners; Shaun was a pleasure to work with and took care of my wife's and my concerns. Very professional. Chuck was superb. He seemed as excited as us that we were getting a new car. He explained all the processes and options very well and completed the dreaded signing in a methodical, well understood manner so the process was smooth.
