The sales associate is “our” liaison, as we continue through new vehicle selection, the trade-in process, pricing, documentation and required paperwork. From final selection through trade-in, finance and delivery, our sales associate is never more than a few steps away as he works behind the scene to coordinate all aspects of our new car purchase. We are always treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. As far as service and product delivery are concerned, Lexus of Orland Park cannot be beat—period! Every aspect of our new vehicle’s technology is presented and reviewed in the delivery process. Features and operational details are reviewed with assurances of follow-up guidance at any time, if necessary. All communication’s connectivity is synchronized along with radio presets—no detail goes unaddressed. Service, after purchase, is impeccable; the service reps seem to know my vehicles, past and present, better than I do. We have shopped other Lexus dealerships, and although we find all to be very accommodating, we always return to Lexus of Orland for the best new car pricing, trade-in value, finance rate, and product delivery and service. Worst car buying experience I ever encountered in 35 years. They told me my car was equipped with HID headlamps and I found out through Lexus that in fact it did't have them. Waited two hours for the finance manager to see me even though I paid cash for the vehicle and it was already prepped and waiting outside.
