sales department I had problem with my rims that had been going on since February, 2015. The service department was convinced that it was the tires. After many trips back and forth to the tire store,where I ppurchased a new set and subsequently replaced the tires twice, I was nearly done with Lexus all together. I had lost confidence in the product that Chris Marx (my salesman) had worked very hard to build. With nowhere to turn, Chris and Bob, in the sales department, insisted I not take my business elsewhere. With all due respect, these men stopped short of begging for me to stay and give them a chance to make things right. They escorted me to the service department where we met, newly hired, service rep. Jim and together the ball finally got rolling on replacing two rims that were bent the entire time. My saving grace was Chris and Bob because my warranty is due to expire soon. Their diligent and quality customer service saved me roughly $2000.00 and saved Lexus another consumer. Looking forward to a third purchase! More

Monique was very professional yet personable, classy and energetic. When we asked her about the reliability of a used Lexus, she stated to us, "Lexus is a high quality car." She gave us reasons why buying a Lexus, new or used, was a good decision. We didn't know ANYTHING about Lexus except that they were expensive. She got our attention and kept it. Martha was very helpful in the finance department. She was knowledgeable, to the point and very funny. Between the three of us and the mention of nail polish, nice shoes and being moms, they certainly made BUSINESS a PLEASURE for me. Great experience! (My husband is still shaking his head) LOL!!! More

I was never treated so nice this was the nicest down to earth man I have met there. We ended up getting the deal done without a lot of games going on. Just straight talk and the job was done. I would say if you had a bad experience dont give up I almost did and I would of missed out on a great experience. More
Refusal to do warranty work For the last 5-10k miles I've been trying to track down a somewhat illusive rattle coming from the dash/left A-pillar area of my LS460L. Although two For the last 5-10k miles I've been trying to track down a somewhat illusive rattle coming from the dash/left A-pillar area of my LS460L. Although two dealers have looked at this issue and have done certain things to take care of the problem, shortly after the service visit the rattle reappears. I usually hear this rattle when I am on the way to work (by Orland) or on the way home when the dealers by my house are closed and I am several hundred miles away from passing the factory warranty mark. Fast forward to today, driving into work I hear that annoying sound. Perfect! Lexus of Orland is just a few miles away and they are open. Not only are they open when I actually have the time to drop the car off, the rattle is happening right now and I can have them document this issue before I hit 50k. So I quickly get on the phone just so that I don't arrive unannounced and try to let them know that I'd like to come by, and even if they have no loaners, at least have them see the issue so that I can drop the car off sometime next week when the rattle might not be so prevalent. After trying to explain my issue to the receptionist, she gets the service manager who proceeds to tell me that he is practically unwilling to work on issues like rattles in the last 5k miles of the warranty. Huh? His position was that people try to get issues fixed late in the warranty period and that basically amounts to reconditioning the car. My response to that was very simple. A warranty extends to 50k miles and therefore if there is a warrantalbe issue occurring at 49,999 it should be covered. I then proceeded to explain that I have been trying to track this problem down for some time, and the issue is that I can't replicate it on demand. It just so happens that I am hearing it now and I am about to hit 50k miles, and therefore I would like a qualified dealer that is close to me and that it open right now to look at the issue and document it. Thinking that I have just explained that I am not trying to "recondition" my car, I was blown away when he said "well in that case I definitely am not going to work on this car." As he put it, he didn't want to be the third wheel in this whole situation. You are a qualified dealer that should be able to do warranty work, period. It's your job! The fact that a previous dealer wasn't able to fully track down an issue shouldn't prevent you from doing any work. At this point I basically told him that he is refusing to do work that he is required to, and that I will be voicing my concerns to Lexus Corporate. More

I immediately knew it was going to be a pleasant experience working with this dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership, Bob had - as promised- the car we were looking for - cleaned, fueled, pulled from the lot, etc. ready and waiting for our inspection. As we continued "through the process", we worked with Chris Merx - sales - and finished our experience with Finance Manager Michael Bannos. Never before have my wife and I been treated with such respect, courtesy, and understanding (We're truly technology handicapped!!) I have never recommended a car dealership to anyone in my 47 years of buying automobiles. The three professionals we just bought a car from lead me to highly recommend this dealership. It was truly a pleasurable experience! More
