horrible customer service RUN!!! DO NOT PURCHASE OR LEASE HERE! I was conned into leasing a GX460 by Gus Jaramillo (no longer there). He ASSURED me that the 5000,10000 and 1 RUN!!! DO NOT PURCHASE OR LEASE HERE! I was conned into leasing a GX460 by Gus Jaramillo (no longer there). He ASSURED me that the 5000,10000 and 15000 mile services WERE FREE. He neglected to mention that the 15000 mile service was free IF AND ONLY IF you received your 5K and 10K at Lexus of Orland. HE KNEW I was moving to Texas a mere 3 weeks after leasing the car yet he made this assurance. Made several calls to the incomparably inept Kevin Martin (manager) to address this lie and no calls were returned. I have had a Mercedes and a BMW prior to the Lexus and I CANNOT WAIT for my lease to run its term so I can return to car service that is expected and deserved at this price point. More

Kevin the Sales manager hijacked my good Rapport with Sherry I’m giving the dealership one star because of Kevin...Since I was an internet customer, I came in to look at the car. I drove 52 miles to look at the I’m giving the dealership one star because of Kevin...Since I was an internet customer, I came in to look at the car. I drove 52 miles to look at the car. Upon arrival, Tara my great internet consultant was not there, so Sherry helped me. I asked Sherry about the airbags and she said she would ask service about it. For some reason a service manager did not explain the airbags but Kevin did. So he explained the airbags and then I was satisfied but he continued to linger with Lexus history. Then he started to ask me questions as if I said I wanted to purchase a car immediately. He asked me if I was going to put a deposit down tonight and I said no. I’m trying to look at the car tonight. He looked at my list of options which he got from Sherry, and said “this will have to be a special order”. Yeah, I know. I’ve been picking my options off the Lexus website. Kevin starts getting sassy by saying to me that a special order needs a $5000 deposit and if I was willing to do that. I’m thinking, “Who is this guy and why is he interrupting Sherry?” So now I’m indignant at this point. I finally say to him take those options I want and give me a price for the car and send it back to me by email. His typical response was, “I don’t have the prices for the 2018’s.” Then I had to say, “well, get the current prices and give me a total price close to what it might be?” Then he says, you know if you special order it’s gonna take 16 weeks to come in?” “Yes, I know. That will give me time to clean out my third car garage. Anyways, I’ve waited 5 years to buy a car. A couple of months won’t bother me.” This is a clear sign that I am not in a hurry, I don’t want to be rushed and I SHOULDN’T be rushed. Any normal human being who is LISTENING should be able to grasp that from the conversation. I felt like he was micro-managing Sherry. Sherry’s an adult and she can hold her own. He started hogging the conversation. Why?Finally, I complained. “This is why I went through the internet. Everyone gets involved. This is getting way out of proportion; I’m here to look at the car! Sherry show me the car please.” and she did. My girlfriend and I were doing fine with Sherry. We did not need this pushy, hustler Kevin to interrupt our interaction. I don’t need to talk to a third person at this dealership. Tara and Sherry were my go-to people. The bottom line is he got defensive with me when, in fact I just wanted him to leave us alone. If you sense tension in a conversation, be an adult, and ask what the problem is. You are the sales manager. You are supposed to elevate the situation not escalate it. Since he did not ask, he should have walked away. His failure to understand me and his interruption between Sherry and I caused his dealership to lose a sale. And my final question is why aren’t there more female sales managers, because I feel Orland is in desperate need of them. Sherry and Tara would be two good candidates. Maybe if Orland could reconsider having a female sales manager, then I would reconsider my purchase with them. As mention above, I don’t like to be rushed. More

I didn't get the lease price promised by Chris Kowalis or money back because he wasn't there to explain the numbers. Instead, Mike B. & Chris W had very nasty attitudes toward me because I asked them to explain the numbers. Mike said he didnt have anything to do with the numbers.& Chris W. Said that he couldn't explain Chris K. Numbers during his absence& he didn't. Therefore, Mike sucker me into buying the vehicle with equity & no money back. I made a mistake purchasing the vehicle because I wasn't happy with the price or how they conducted business, but Lesson learned. More
