My expierence with dealing with MIKE was very enjoyable, he was not pressuring to sell me a car but he was more interested in determining what type of car I wanted. When you are spending almost 50K you as a customer want what's best for you and not what the dealership wants to sell you. She listened to my needs. She presented the figures & negotiated until I got them where I wanted them. She was patient & understand. I was in and out under 3 hours. And trust me, I was skeptical. He also was respectful and we felt at ease discussing our desire to keep our payments within our budget. We love our Lexus NX 200T.
