Good service, but pricey and constant upsells! Took 1 hour 45 minutes for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor was nice, but they are obviously trained to up-sell. Recommended to align rear wheels, but the price was TWICE as much as other places that just do tires. Also, recommended to do brakes, even though they are in the yellow. Price: more than I’ve ever paid to do brakes, by far. The service technicians do a good job. No complaint with that. Main complaint is service here always seems to take longer than it should, and the cost is extremely high. More

The only issue I had was that my back seat looked as if Fred Barrios was very kind, extremely helpful and thoroughly explained the services required.
