see my review During my wifes visit on 1/22/2019 she asked what the total cost would be to repair the passenger side plastic cover on her vehicle. She was given a q During my wifes visit on 1/22/2019 she asked what the total cost would be to repair the passenger side plastic cover on her vehicle. She was given a quote for $1,225.54. When my wife explained to the service rep that we had been given a prior quote for the plastic cover of $88.72 plus tax , the service rep stated that that was a mistake and that the whole mirror would need to be replaced. We received the quote of $88.72 plus tax from Bob the parts manager. Bob gave me the quote after I gave him the year and vin number. Bob stated at the time that for our particular rx we could still buy the plastic cover only and did not need to replace the entire mirror when we were ready for the repair. Bob also stated that the reason we didn't need to replace the entire mirror was because our vehicle was in the last group that could use the plastic cover only. That was why he had doubled checked the year and vin number.If we cannot get the plastic cover replaced we will not lease nor purchase another lexus ever. More
