A lousy experience. I completed a survey on Tuesday. This past Monday I brought my car in for service at your dealership. The portor along with a mechanic approached me I completed a survey on Tuesday. This past Monday I brought my car in for service at your dealership. The portor along with a mechanic approached me in the waiting area to inform me that they could not rotate my tires because the rear passager side tire was the wrong size. I told them that Lexus of Orland put that tire (a Pirelli 245/40 18) on my car in October of 2017. I told them that when I noticed the Pirelli time on my car I called your lying former service manager to question the tire. He told me that "sir, we don't have the Michellin tire for your vehicle in stock. We only have the Pirelli". The portor disputed my claim. The portor indicated that she would elevate the dispute to a service manager by the stupid name of either Brice or Brace. Quite naturally, I was upset when Brace or Brice showed up 25 minutes later after my repeated attempts to track him down. I was running late for work so I didn't have time to wait for him to take his sweet time showing up. When I met him at my car, I started yelling and cursing in the direction of the f'd up tire that your dealership put on my car. He in turn starting yelling at me because he has lousy professional skills and he takes things way too personally. I have contacted Lexus corporate and I plan to file a BBB complaint because of the nasty attitudes displayed by Brice or Brace and your service director, both of whom confused me with another dissatisfied black male customer, which is racist and offensive. By the way, I looked your dealership up on Yelp yesterday and there were multiple accusations of the racism at your dealership. I will have my car serviced at the dealership where I bought it in the future. My wife is in the market for a new SUV, a RX 350, LX, or Audit Q7. But guess what, we won't be buying it at Lexus of Orland. As I told Brice or Brace, my wife and I do very well financially, so we can afford a new car and were looking forward to buying a nice Lexus SUV, $35K down plus trade. But it won't be purchased at Lexus of Orland!!!! More
