Everyone was friendly and valued me as a customer. I was greeted with a smile. I was there for a 10K service. There was also a recall they wanted to correct. They gave me a loaner car and apologized I was greeted with a smile. I was there for a 10K service. There was also a recall they wanted to correct. They gave me a loaner car and apologized when it took them more than 3 hours to correct (which did not bother me since I had a car). When I picked up the car they had even topped of the gas tank as apology for service being 3 hours. More

Nothing fixed or diagnosed. I brought my Lexus in for service prior to this visit and they said they found a loose connection under the dash. Some of the same issues returned and I brought my Lexus in for service prior to this visit and they said they found a loose connection under the dash. Some of the same issues returned and I brought it back. The GPS display would stay on after going through a automatic carwash. After 2.5 hours they tell not to take it through that carwash and charge me $84?? There is a obvious issue that they just don't want to address. Aside from that failure the staff are nice. More
