On March 24, 2019, I received a same day appointment. My service advisor Morgan Lee greeted me and quickly assessed and advised of my service needs which was completed timely within the the timeframe given. I found my advisor to be very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The service department is always very clean. The reception area is very comfortable, the lighting, seating, computer area, TVs and don’t forget the cafe section for customers all make the service wait time very comfortable and homelike. had a couple of gliches brought car in for 120,000 checkup. On my way home after all was completed tail light failure came on. Called next morning and spoke to my service con brought car in for 120,000 checkup. On my way home after all was completed tail light failure came on. Called next morning and spoke to my service consultant Morgan and she said bring it in. Replaced bulb. A week later same thing occurred. Brought it back and the socket was loose.
