She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. If it had not been for her I probably would not of come in. She was really great. I then was introduced to Kevin Martin who answered all my questions. When I told him what car I was interested in he brought one up. After test driving it I was not comfortable in it. He then suggested the ES 350. That was the one I bought and I love it!!! I want to give Kevin a special thank you !! I called him a couple times after I brought the car home and he was very pleasant on the phone. Thank you for all your patience. Mike Fredette and Martha Miller were pleasant and answered all my concerns. Let me not forget Lorenzo what a nice nice person. He came out twice and each time never lost patience with me. Would have been a 5 I would have given a 5 accept when I arrived back at the dealership to pick up my car there was a man working on the corner of the building on a lift I would have given a 5 accept when I arrived back at the dealership to pick up my car there was a man working on the corner of the building on a lift trying to affix a very large awkward corner piece and he was working directly over my car. I take such care in parking my car is areas where it will not become damaged. The carelessness of whoever parked my car was very disappointing. I asked the cashier for my keys immediately so I could move it and she could see I was visibly upset. When she went outside she was shocked that no one bothered to move my car. More
