Totally charged wrong amount for services I scheduled my service for 40,000 miles which included an oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter. When I received my bill I was charged for extra I scheduled my service for 40,000 miles which included an oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter. When I received my bill I was charged for extra oil. Did not understand this charge and asked for the service manager which could not be found for 30 minutes. Numerous people where looking for the manager but he could not be found. Finally the general manager came to cashier and I explained the situation and he could not help me either. Finally service manager came to cashier and explained I was not to be charged for extra oil, it was part of the package. The service tech did not know what was going on and was not very helpful. I have never received service like this from any other service tech and figured he must have been new. In all due respect, a service tech should not be on their own until they are completely trained in their positions. Also your car wash which is supposed to be available to customers who bought their cars there have been repeatedly closed, day after day. Nice weather, sunny and warm. This is unacceptable and will way very heavily when I go to buy another car. I just expect the car washed to get the salt off. Don't other this service if you cannot fulfill it. More
