Every time I walk through their doors, I ask myself what problems are they going to give me today, sure enough i stood correct and they denied me a loaner car because I was 24 and not 25. They told me this problems are they going to give me today, sure enough i stood correct and they denied me a loaner car because I was 24 and not 25. They told me this is a new policy even though I’ve been given loaners plenty of times in the past. when I asked to see the policy in written form, I was told by Joe “I don’t have to show you anything.” I guess if you’re young and the color of your skin doesn’t meet their expectations they will treat you very poorly on all moral levels. Enjoyed my dealership experience my wife and I stopped by the Lexus dealership to help us decide whether we were going to buy a Toyota, acura, lexus or other make vehicle. we wer my wife and I stopped by the Lexus dealership to help us decide whether we were going to buy a Toyota, acura, lexus or other make vehicle. we were greeted at the Lexus dealership with a really nice salesman. He quickly determined what we were looking for and immediately showed us a vehicle. it turned out the vehicle was exactly what we were looking for in terms of color, amenities, quality. we decided we couldn't walk away without trying to reach a deal. the whole deal experience was very good. we reached a compromise deal and agreed to complete the same day, including a trade in of an existing vehicle . the aftermarket salesman was equally good and very knowledgeable. we agreed to items we wanted. we purchased an extended warranty at a reasonable price. the dealership is really well laid out from a future service perspective.
