Great experience!! I was in the market for a used certified Lexus so I stopped in the Orland Lexus dealership that is minutes from my house. He was extremely helpful with any and every question I had. We were able to locate a Lexus ES 350 at the Merrillville location and get the car here for me. John was very honest and straight forward with me which a really appreciated! After the purchase, John was very knowledgeable and helpful with showing me all the features on this car.
