Great Experience on Used Purchase After searching for months for a Honda Pilot equipped just the right way, I found a few that I would have to travel from out of town to purchase. Aft After searching for months for a Honda Pilot equipped just the right way, I found a few that I would have to travel from out of town to purchase. After a frustrating start to the purchase process with a couple of other dealers, I found one at Lexus of Orland. From my 1st contact I could tell this was going to be different. Megan Santiago, Internet Sales Coordinator quickly provided me detailed pictures and information about the vehicle. She then worked with others in the dealership to get my trade fairly valued. It was also clear that Megan and Lexus of Orland knew exactly how to handle the out of state sale process. When it came time to review and sign documents, EVERYTHING was EXACTLY how Megan explained it would be - no surprises or problems! The very next day my wife and I were able to drive the 250 miles to Lexus of Orland to pick up the vehicle. The car was clearly visible and ready as we pulled into the dealership. 1st thing we did naturally is to walk up to the car to look at it for the 1st time. It was beautifully washed and detailed and a couple of minutes later Marek Okreglak approached us and welcomed us by name! To my surprise Marek immediately said "Let me get the key so you can take it for q test drive"! While I would have insisted on driving it before completing the paperwork, it is nice to have him just offer right away, without any awkward moments or insecurity about losing a sale if the drive didn't go well. Car drove like new so no problems and Marek welcomed us back in and started getting all of the paperwork ready. Again all clean paperwork with no problems or uncertainty. Finally to complete the paperwork we worked with Mike Bannos from Finance. This is sometimes the final shoe to drop on surprises or add on costs. But not here. Mike was personable, efficient and explained everything clearly! Again no surprises - everything was exactly as agreed and originally explained to me by Megan the day before. After all was wrapped up, Marek was waiting for us and walked us out to the car, put our temp tags on and had our old car pulled right up for us to grab our belongings. Car was perfect for the 250 mile trip home and even got better gas mileage then Honda lists for highway-BONUS! Lexus of Orland was competent, professional, transparent, efficient and FUN! Even though we purchased a used Honda, I feel we were treated as respectfully and professionally as a person who purchases a brand new $100k Lexus - and all that even though we are BLUES HOCKEY fans! GO BLUES! More
