We moved no matter what I did I could not get garage door connected, they actually sent 2 techs Marco and David down to try and do it, unbelievable, The Service department, has to be number one in the world. Diana Meixsell is absolutely wonderful.I got a flat tire and was having a very stressful day due to situations out on my control, had to wait 3 hours for a tire change, my donut was put on, when I got home I called and asked Diana if they could pick up my car and ge me a tire, tire could not be repaired, Sge sent someone done and left me a loaner, my car is 1 year old and Michelin quit making tgat tire so tgey had difficulty finding one. After several days they found it, changed it and put everything from the donut and tools back in, all this time I ad the loaner. That is what I call outstanding service an fortunately for me I had purchased tire and wheel insurance. Thank you Diana, On my previous Lexus I had an issue and had dealings with Luke Whary, once again I had outstanding service, I have never seen service like LOLV and it’s service advisors as well as the technicians. In sales Yanni, John and Dan make the purchasing process so easy and well explained.. Criss from services must hate his job, he is giving this dealer a bad reputation. I have called 6 times in 2 weeks asking for a question before I take it there and get charged an hourly for nothing and he dealer a bad reputation. Terrible problem after problem. Purchased a certified pre-owned car from their lot and had to replace the alternator, brakes, front calipers, and they didn’t tighten the wheel so it Purchased a certified pre-owned car from their lot and had to replace the alternator, brakes, front calipers, and they didn’t tighten the wheel so it fell off while driving and caused an accident. During one repair, Al Palma said a prior estimate was wrong and the issue did not need to be fixed so without asking me he took that expense and replaced air filter. After two months of back and forth with insurance, my car still isn’t repaired. The manager stated that someone either vandalized my car or tried to steal my wheel and gave up. (That they never took the wheel off for the brake replacement or to inspect the calipers). I could have died when my wheel came off while driving, beware! More

Had four new tires installed and instructed them to replace the destroyed spare tire with one of the tires that was on the vehicle. Got a flat and went to install the spare and found it was the same d replace the destroyed spare tire with one of the tires that was on the vehicle. Got a flat and went to install the spare and found it was the same destroyed spare that I went into the dealership with. Contacted dealership about prior issue. Dealership responded immediately and resolved problem completely. Would go back based on this experience. More
Took in my 2006 GS300 with an A/C problem in October 2011. It was under extended warranty. They said they fixed it and I put my car up for the winter (RWD), and drove my AWD VW Passat until Spring. T 2011. It was under extended warranty. They said they fixed it and I put my car up for the winter (RWD), and drove my AWD VW Passat until Spring. This summer the A/C failed again, I believe because they made an agreement with the warranty company (Hendrick Autoguard from Hendrick Lexus in Charlotte) to do the bare minimum work. When I took the car back in they wanted to charge me $2400 for Lexus compressor, and $1400 for an aftermarket compressor. The warranty expired June 13. It was July 3, less than 3 weeks. Neither Lehigh Valley Lexus or Hendrick Lexus is willing to take responsibility for poor repairs or a warranty on a car that has less than 90k. The service manager (Jeff Whary) nor the general manager (Carl Hesse) will talk about the issue. I took my car back after contacting Lexus directly. Lexus will make the repairs, but that does not excuse Lexus of Lehigh Valley for arrogance and indifference. More
Lexus of the Lehigh valley dealership service dept is horrible. They are arrogant or simply don't care. All they care about is selling extended warranties, accessories, trying to convince you that you ne horrible. They are arrogant or simply don't care. All they care about is selling extended warranties, accessories, trying to convince you that you need this and that then they charge you an outrageous amount of money. Their loaner and pickup service is a joke. They will come up with any excuse for not having a loaner available. Just playing games until you just give up and arrange for your own transportation. My recommendation, don’t even think about dealing with them. I have dealt with Honda, Mazda, and Acura dealers and never had the same bad experience like Lexus of the LH. Be aware. More
