Several of my friends suggested that I give Lexus a try and they were right. The car is beautiful inside and out and sales rep Gurmeet was most helpful and kind. The service is first rate at Lexus Escondido and I am happy to be part of "the family" now. More

Very disappointed service, no call back. Unsatisfactory. I’m a first time Lexus owner so this is big disappointment. I took our RX 450h in to Lexus Escondido for the 10K mile service. The Unsatisfactory. I’m a first time Lexus owner so this is big disappointment. I took our RX 450h in to Lexus Escondido for the 10K mile service. The only problem we wanted them to fix was the driver-side sun visor. It is hanging down about 1/4 of an inch and it shakes every time we go over the slightest bumpy road. Chris at Lexus Escondido said that the Tech tightened it and if we have anymore problems to let him know. We didn’t even get out of the parking lot and I saw it was still the same. Very unsatisfactory. Right away we got him to look at it again and he said that it was not right and took a video of the play in the visor for Lexus to review. He said that he would get it ordered and call me when it came in. 6 weeks went by without a call. I called him, got his voicemail, left a message. I never got a call from him. Extremely unsatisfactory. After a week, called him again and he apologized and said that he would look into it and call me back that day, which was a Friday. For the second time, I never got a call from him. Completely unsatisfactory. The following Tuesday, I called and asked to talk to the service manager. She apologized and said that she would personally look into it and take care of it. Later that day, Chris called and said that Lexus said that it was within limits and that he was trying to see what they can do about it and would call me back the following day. For the third time, I never got a call from him. To sum it up, the bumper to pumper warranty is BS. The visor was not like that when we bought the car. The right visor is not like that. Our neighbors Lexus RX 350 visors are not like that. But Lexus Escondido will not make it right. It is not right now and it will only get worse as time goes by. I have had to waste way too much of my time with this problem. Very, very disappointed in the service received from Lexus Escondido. I will not do business with them again and my neighbors said the same thing. I don’t expect this to go very far because I know they pay a lot of people to write great reviews and they take down the bad ones. But people need to know that when the salesman says: The Basic Warranty coverage is for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This warranty covers repairs and adjustments needed to correct defects in materials or workmanship of any part supplied by Lexus. This is clearly a defect that they have decided NOT TO COVER. More

FIVE STARS!!! I am super excited about the experience that we had at Lexus Escondido! Randy Knight our salesman was not your "typical" car salesman. He was friendly I am super excited about the experience that we had at Lexus Escondido! Randy Knight our salesman was not your "typical" car salesman. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. We didn't feel he was overly anxious to sell and put no pressure on us at all. He worked very hard to get us a great deal on our Lexus. He told us about the owner of the building Judy, and her passion for children's charities. The painter of the building even put in some hidden surprises inside the building. It is worth going just to see those. It is obvious that her employees are happy and taken care of because they are able to turn that around into amazing customer service. The dealership has a little deli, and the girl working there overheard my husband say he was starving and she brought us two sandwiches, chips and waters! When we went back the next day with my boys they were baking cookies and offering as many as we wanted complimentary. My boys were very happy! My car was shined, polished and ready for me when the transaction was complete. Randy even came out with a pretty bow for a picture! How fun is that! I am LOVING my GS350! It is a very beautiful car and I plan on keeping it a long time. We would recommend Lexus Escondido and especially Randy Knight, sales consultant and Misael Minaya finance manager. Dont forget to go to Vintana and celebrate your new purchase. More

I worked with Ian & Scott, but had other interactions with the financing department (Steven) that were the very best that I've experienced in my life!! This car-buying experience took very little time from arrival to leaving their facility!! Personally, I can't give high enough praise for the professionalism demonstrated by the staff at Escondido Lexus. If I have to buy another car, I will go directly to this facility!! I looked at all the dealers in CA pretty much looking for a good deal and a good person to work with for my first car purchase. I wanted someone who got me. Who understood my communication and my terms. Buying a car is like a relationship. I didn't have time to visit all the dealers in person and many other Lexus dealers wouldn't make me an offer unless I came in. Here's what set this dealer apart from the rest: Stefani was amazing to work with. From the second she emailed me I emailed her back and she was able to communicate with me in a timely and efficient manner. Not only this, when she was unavailable, someone was always there, Mark, Lynsay, to answer my requests or questions. She offered me a great price and I accepted. I was very particular about my vehicle and wanted to make sure it was correct so I had them send the build sheet multiple times. I told Stefanie certain things I wanted like keeping the wrapping on the car, making sure it is washed properly with no swirl marks, making sure there were little miles on the car, and other fine details that would annoy any other salesman. She didn't forget ONE thing. She even sent me pictures of the car the morning it arrived. Lisa, the manager, sure managed a great team. I met with Bob Zepeda and he took over the sales part of the car. It was so easy. They make it easy for you to buy a car and get the best deal you can BEFORE you even step on to the lot. No haggling, hassling, or tricks. Bob made it seem like we were his close friends/family. He stayed by our side the whole time making sure everything went smoothly. He showed us how to setup the car so that when we left back home there were no surprises. Also, the lady who handled our finances and DMV paperwork was so pleasant to work with. I hope her sciatica is better! Seriously, the stuff she goes over is important, so make sure you pay attention to her, that's where you put down the big bucks of the vehicle. Beautiful Lexus dealer. Very nice knowing that part of my purchase goes to charity. Go to the paint room, you can paint on a canvas for FREE and take it home! Or get some delicious food, it looked so good and the line was always backed up. I wish they had legit massage chairs, it wasn't doing it for me. But no matter, it was all good! More
