I don't know if this one is entirely different, but I know the people I worked with sure made me believe they are. I never sensed they weren't being forthcoming with information, and they worked with me on negotiating asking price and APR. I was able to do much of that over the phone—also a first, and very helpful for saving time—and the only issue that presented itself was a miscommunication among colleagues, and it was resolved immediately and to my satisfaction. Gurmeet, in particular, was exceedingly helpful, and I can't say how much I appreciate his kindness. I'd return to purchase a car here just because of him. (And Rossi handled everything on Gurmeet's day off; he was also friendly and helpful.) Thank you, Lexus Escondido, for exceeding my expectations and making the process simple and even enjoyable. Word of mouth always speaks volumes for me, and I always aim to be as vocal when happy with a business as we often are quick to be when we're disappointed. Incredible customer service This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I generally do not like car dealerships; I always get the feeling I'm being set up. The sales staff was very helpful and I never felt pressure to buy. My wife and I came back three times before we made up our minds and each time the sales staff was helpful, friendly, and never pressured us. It was truly an enjoyable experience. As for the dealership itself, I've never seen one quite like it before. Visiting Lexus Escondido is unlike visiting any other dealer. The showroom is gorgeous. It is immaculate and it feels more like walking into a high end retail establishment than a car dealership. And then there is Vintana. I can't think of another dealership anywhere that has a top rated restaurant in the dealership. The car buying experience is unlike anything I've experienced and I would not hesitate to recommend Lexus Escondido to family and friends. More
