He was patient and spent several hours with us reviewing different pre-owned vehicles. There was never any pressure and in the end we purchased the perfect car for our needs. The dealership itself is beautifully appointed and maintained. Everyone is friendly. The only complaint was the failure of the finance person to accept our "No, we don't want the extended warranty" the first time we were asked by the salesperson. He wasn't obnoxious or over pressuring, we just had to say no 3 times. More
