The last detail in my purchase of a beautiful 2019 ES 350 At Lexus Carlsbad was to have my spare key programmed. Starting with the sales team, I was directected to the service department. Unfortunately, At Lexus Carlsbad was to have my spare key programmed. Starting with the sales team, I was directected to the service department. Unfortunately, it was mid morning - and me without an appointment on a busy day- when I was assigned to Ashley Dorschel. I was initially concerned that my issue was bogged down in miscommunications (it happens in the best of organizations). Ashley put my concern to rest with her "get-it-done" attitude. She physically walked over to the sales side to better understand the situation, then lined up a service technician to do the work, while ordering the necessary key. She arranged for my complimentary loaner vehicle and promised to call when the work was done. Mid-next day I returned to sign the work order and picked up my freshly washed ES 350 - and spare key! It's an old adage that positive reviews, testimonials, repeat customers and word-of-mouth business comes from what is said and done AFTER a dealship cashes the check - not before.
