Best Car Buying Experience EVER! Over the weekend, my husband found one of my dream cars online in the inventory on the Fitzgerald Lexington Park website. It had all the things I was looking for and I was excited. I said if it's still there next week, we can go look at it. We had previously purchased a 2010 Jeep Compass for our daughter at Fitzgerald in Lexington Park so we called to see if our previous salesperson was still there, and she was. We spoke with Donna and she remembered us, wow, what a memory. We told her we were interested in the vehicle and she said come in and test drive it. So we filled out the application on Tuesday, made an appointment for Wednesday morning at 9am. We traded in my current vehicle, received an excellent trade in price, got an excellent interest rate (thanks Dewayne) and we were out of there by 12:30pm with my dream car. Yippee! Donna is the best salesperson in the universe :). She provides exceptional customer service; she's truthful, honest, and funny, has lots of comical stories and is an absolute Hoot. Great Follow-thru My husband and I had a 1991 Ford Ranger for 12 years. We decided it was time to get a newer Ranger. We looked for Rangers and found that since Ford stopped making them in 20011, it was going to be difficult to find what we wanted. After a couple of days, we decided to go for a used Ford F150 - a larger and very popular truck. We visited and called several dealers and ended up calling Fitzgerald in Lexington Park, Maryland. We spoke with Mallory. She was upbeat, knowledgeable and clearly interested in helping us. We had called about a green F-150. We were particularly interested in the bed length. She said that she would call us right back with the precise measurements. Well, she did! It was exactly what we were interested in. We told her that we would get there before they closed at 8pm. We live in DC and it was a Monday in rush hour traffic and it was nearly 70 miles away. We got there at 6:45pm. She was right there waiting for us, and we bought a truck! Mallory was delightful to work with - very competent, very helpful, very thorough and quick. She and Fitzgerald did not put us through any hassles or disappointments.
