I have purchased another TDI Volkswagen at the past as repeat customer I was disappointed that after I walk the parking lot up and down and than I walk in the building still got no one until the guy came repeat customer I was disappointed that after I walk the parking lot up and down and than I walk in the building still got no one until the guy came by whom I choose to continue do business by buying a vehicle at over the sticker price the manager argued that there is no markup on their vehicles ??? I asked how do you pay your bills? Businesses are developed to make money such as dealerships whom are making more than the factory But nevertheless I wanted the car and signed it. I did make a comment if I leave and go to other dealers in Dallas I would pay a lot less but I signed it with no regrets I am hoping the service and care of the vehicle will be more attentive. Over all I am rating the dealership not a manager since I do not remember him I do remember the finance guy a very nice gentlemen. More
