Purchased a used car here about 2-3 weeks barely been driving the vehicle mainly been sitting on drive.last night while driving the metal cover under the car comes of and get folded and badly damaged get driving the vehicle mainly been sitting on drive.last night while driving the metal cover under the car comes of and get folded and badly damaged gets stuck behind the engine oil pan. who ever did a so called used car inspection on the vehicles did not secure the cover properly and left it loose now let’s not forget before test driving the vehicle i literally found a screw driver sitting in the engine bay on right side of engine yea that is one hella of a inspection you guys do.while making deal they only provided me with 1 after market key not even a cut out key.so after this incident of heat shield not bing secured talk to the GM hussain jafri and was told may be we can help u with cost on a new shield come on guys how should I be responsible for something your tech didn’t secure,let’s not forget the screw driver left sitting in the engine bay.was told well it’s been 3 weeks blah blah listen you guys are the one who perform the poor inspection and now I have to pay wth and plz don’t respond to this review saying we want to help u and all cuz based of wat i seen no u guys don’t want to help and no I’m not paying for the shield out my pocket that something u as a dealer ship needs to take care of and be responsible not me. More

Customer Service was good, was there early in the morning and they have cloth seats that could use some attention(vacuuming). Received a discount card in the mail for 20% off scheduled service which was good and they have cloth seats that could use some attention(vacuuming). He informed me that the wait might be lengthy without an appointment, but I efficiently used that time to verify my warranty and gather other pertinent information. Charles made sure to thoroughly understand the issues I was experiencing with my vehicle, ensuring that Royce Mays, the technician, could accurately diagnose the problems. After the expected wait, Charles updated me that most of the issues were covered under warranty. He efficiently arranged for a loaner vehicle and provided a clear timeline for the repairs. Throughout the week required for multiple repairs and services, Charles consistently kept me informed. Royce contributed to this transparency by providing a detailed video that clearly showed the vehicle's condition, highlighting both the positive and negative aspects.
