Dave was a nice guy and it isn't his fault but I honestly hate getting a price and being upsold after we agree on the deal. I've also never had a deal where the sales manager picks the financing. Seemed a little strange that the F & I guy had no clue about it or why it was selected. Kastriot was GREAT!. Super nice, patient, overall he was the reason we came back to buy the car at Lewisville VW. I was pretty hard on him about the service department (I have a Touareg and Atlas) already and now a 3rd VW. I'll never understand having to make an appointment and then when you bring it in it sits a week before they even touch it. It doubles the amount of time you're without your vehicle. Seems like if you have an appointment you bring it in and they work on it tgatbday or at least by the next morning. Kyle More

This was a great experience. I was originally just going in for a service on my 2019 Atlas and ended up with a 2024 Tiguan! LOL.
