Kastriot helped me from the time I called in to inquire about a used car. He had the car pulled up and ready to test drive while I was on my way there. He was incredibly friendly, but also knowledgeable ab about a used car. He had the car pulled up and ready to test drive while I was on my way there. He was incredibly friendly, but also knowledgeable about the vehicle, which impressed me because it is a Toyota. I appreciate that he took the time to help me with all my questions and help me with the financing part. I actually had to come back the next day because I didn't have time to cash my check for the down payment, and Kastriot was again super friendly and got me taken care of - made sure the tires had the right amount of air and the coolant was topped off. 10/10 service from him and the finance department as well. More

I purchased a Honda CRV from Lewisville Volkswagen. I hate shopping for cars, but this dealership made it about as easy as it can be. I found the car on Edmunds and inquired about the car. Heather responded to me immediately and within 15 minutes she sent me a video of the interior and exterior. Her attentiveness (without being pushy) was the main reason I purchased the car from them.
