He went the extra mile more than once and much more than he needed to. Negotiations were pleasantly quick and with very little need to haggle - no low balling, totally transparent. Financing, warranty and paperwork was done in less than 20 minutes. We were so impressed and pleased with our experience that we decided to not only buy the car we came for, but to buy a second car we saw available as well.
