Luckily, that is the reality of shopping cars at Autoplex of Lewisville (The Automotive Paradise): while constantly distracted by the sweet caresses of the Lamborghini & Vipers, I truly felt like as if buying a fancy car in Monaco! However, and very proudly, I was in Dallas, Texas. In fact, the Autoplex/Baum family energy is so positive that I felt that I was home: Michael (the owner) and Anil (Sales) went out of their ways to accommodate my requests; while Mike S. /Nick (most competent Fina managers in town) have patiently spent some 40 minutes, trying to get me the Best interest rate for my tier-one redit. Besides, what impressed me most was the top-down efficiency of their staff: all employees are working, with no idle/down-time; there are NO secretaries/gate-keepers doing nada, but walking around and smiling... Words are never enough to express my praise; Autoplex of Lewisville is my Automotive Paradise (and the best) car-buying experience ever: Competence, topped by courtesy. Money negotiations were very smooth and drama-free (no games, or hustling; all prices are on-line...and voilà). Very simply: Try it to believe it! More

The finance team worked hard to get us the best rate and they got us a great one! Unfortunately, due to the finance company not being able to fund the dealership yet, we couldn't drive the car home, but they are shipping the car to my door for FREE!! Now THAT is customer service at its finest! This dealership is great and they carry nothing but the cleanest of used exotic, custom and sports cars. Zane Thomas was my Sales Consultant & answered all my questions. I'm disabled & he showed courtesy for all my special needs. He was a delight to deal with & I would seek him out in the future! The most recent vehicle I purchased was a Mitsubishi Lancer. I had never considered this maker in the past--- but have been extremely pleased with the comfort & performance of this vehicle! I can easily recommend Mitsubishi to anyone & firmly believe in it! Trouble free easily describes this car--- as well as getting good gas mileage! From past experience, the service department has always been prompt & courteous. There is a quiet, comfortable lounge area to wait in. Vending machines are lower priced than most. Staff are friendly & welcoming! (I'm not related to anyone there & have no vested interest to be wanting to falsely recommend this place. I honestly have been impressed with them. My ex was too!)
