I recently purchased a vehicle from your dealership and wanted to share my disappointments and concerns with the overall experience. Our journey began with a 3-hour drive from Oklahoma to your dealership with high hopes of finding the perfect car. However, the experience quickly turned sour as we encountered several issues that have left a lasting negative impression. Upon arrival at 11:30 am, we were informed that the car was not ready, and work was still being done on it. Despite being promised that scratches and paint chips would be expertly repaired to make the car look "brand new," the reality fell far short of expectations. The vehicle was covered in scratches and imperfections, and we were reassured that the paint and body work would transform it into a flawless beauty. As the day dragged on, reaching 6:30 pm, exhaustion and frustration set in as we anxiously waited for the car to be finished. When it was finally presented to us, the poor lighting made it difficult to discern what had been fixed and what remained unresolved. My wife, exhausted after a 7-hour wait and being 3 hours from home, refrained from closely inspecting the vehicle. Upon returning home, we discovered several issues that were not evident in the dealership's low-light conditions. The grab handle in the back seat was missing, seemingly broken off and carelessly tossed into the vehicle. Additionally, the "brand new" paint job turned out to be a haphazard touch-up, with visible spots resembling white-out, and a noticeable dent in the chrome trim by the driver's side door. While we appreciate the car's performance and features, the discrepancies between the promised condition and the actual state of the vehicle are disheartening. Paying close to $30,000, we expected a better overall experience and a meticulously prepared vehicle. Understandably, used cars may have imperfections, but the misleading promises and the feeling of being rushed to overlook issues have left us dissatisfied. Unfortunately, being 3 hours away, we cannot easily return the vehicle, and we are reluctant to add unnecessary miles to an already questionable purchase. We sincerely hope that your dealership takes this feedback to heart and addresses the discrepancies in the future to provide a more transparent and customer-focused buying experience. We attempted to reach out and received an initial response from the salesman Matthew Bustamante but he shortly stopped replying to us. We also attempted to reach out to the "GM" David Baum and we never got a reply. More
