Best Experience with a Dealer I'm now 69 and have purchased/leased many cars over the years. I've had good experiences and bad experiences over the years. In fact, one of the worst experiences was with Lewis Toyota about 35 years ago. But, the last two dealings with Lewis Toyota and Richard Harmon were the most pleasant experiences I've have ever had. They worked with us to find a good model and lease terms to reduce our payments for another lease for the granddaughter to use while going to college. I can't say enough about how they listened to our needs and worked to satisfy us. Too many sales people want to maximize their earnings and don't listen to the customer, but that didn't happen here.
