WOW - One of the Best Car Purchasing Experiences We live about 2 hours from Lewis Toyota in Topeka, Kansas. We had been in contact with a sales person for a week or so before we made the drive to Top We live about 2 hours from Lewis Toyota in Topeka, Kansas. We had been in contact with a sales person for a week or so before we made the drive to Topeka. Upon arriving, we learned our contact had an emergency and was unable to meet with us. We were directed to Tyler. The truck we expected to see was also not available. This was a bit disconcerting, but we were quickly assured we would be helped with our search for a new truck. Tyler brought Patrick into the conversation and he quickly assessed the situation. For starters, they offered to fill the gas tank on our car simply because we had driven so far and were not able to see the original truck we had expected. They took the time to visit with us and listen to us. Another truck was expected in the dealership in a few days. We negotiated and were able to come to an agreeable price. They offered to bring the new truck to us so we wouldn’t have to make another trip. We really appreciated this. We felt this was above and beyond what we had expected. Lewis Toyota is all about taking care of their customers. They want you to feel like family and it shows! Thank you for great customer service! More
