Console door issues. I had the service department look at the center console for the clock and the door mechanism. The part for the door mechanism wasn’t available and wou I had the service department look at the center console for the clock and the door mechanism. The part for the door mechanism wasn’t available and would cost $260 for a part that’s for a 2003 Corolla. Robert was kind and checked on this for me. I’m going to pass on repairing this again. I had it repaired once while it was under warranty. I would love to have it repaired to be ready to sell/trade in. I am usually satisfied with my appointments with Lewis’s service team. I appreciate Robert and the staff. More

COMPLETELY SATISFIED AFTER TRYING TO NEGOTIATE A DEAL WITH HONDA AND FAILING TO GET A GOOD START, I WENT TO LEWIS TOYOTA AND QUICKLY NEGOTIATED A DEAL FOR A 2005 CAMRY. AS AFTER TRYING TO NEGOTIATE A DEAL WITH HONDA AND FAILING TO GET A GOOD START, I WENT TO LEWIS TOYOTA AND QUICKLY NEGOTIATED A DEAL FOR A 2005 CAMRY. AS PART OF THE DEAL I WAS GIVEN A CERTAIN NUMBER OF CAR WASHES AT EAGLE CAR WASH. AND I USED EVERY ONE OF THEM. I CONTINUED WITH EAGLE THERE AFTER UNTIL I SOLD THE CAR LAST MONTH TO MY SON. FOR SCHEDULED SERVICES I ALWAYS TOOK MY CAR TO LEWIS TOYOTA AND WAS TREATED WITH COURTESY AND UNDERSTANDING ON ALL OCCASIONS. FOLLOW-UP PAPERWORK WAS PROVIDED EXPLAINING THE SERVICES AND PARTS FURNISHED. THE WAITING ROOM WAS GOOD AND THE WAIT TIMES WERE NOT EXCESSIVE AND WERE ALWAYS EXPLAINED IN ADVANCE. PLUS A COURTESY CAR WAS AVAILABLE TO TRANSPORT CUSTOMERS TO OTHER PLACES DURING THE WAIT TIMES. I RECOMMEND LEWIS TOYOTA More
