Horrible Service Center We bought our vehicle on July 26, 2018 and immediately had to make an appt to get a few things fixed. On our first appt they didn’t have the parts to We bought our vehicle on July 26, 2018 and immediately had to make an appt to get a few things fixed. On our first appt they didn’t have the parts to fix our side review mirror so we made another appt to take it back. We have now taken our vehicle in an additional THREE TIMES for the side review mirror and it still is not fixed. The second and third time they realized that the mirror didn’t match the vehicle and said they would have to paint it. It took a month and a half and me calling them to see if it was finally ready and make the FOURTH appt. Meanwhile every time I take it something isn’t put back together correctly. I’ve had screws fall out of my dash and now my passenger side door won’t open from the inside. On the fourth appt they put on the mirror but it still wasn’t working correctly. I will now be taking my vehicle back for the FIFTH time to hopefully get the side review mirror fixed as well as the passenger door that won’t open because it wasn’t put back together correctly on my last visit. This has been totally inconvenient considering I have a newborn baby and bought the vehicle so that I could have something reliable. I’ve always had great experiences with Lewis Toyota up until this point and am very disappointed. Would no longer recommend to anyone. More
