Just a bit disappointed. Tire pressure light on and had to reset my maintenance light. First time I have ever had to do it here. Should of brought back did it on my own. Recent visit I recently went to your dealership to have service done on my 4Runner when completed I noticed that the interior as well as the outside of the vehicle I recently went to your dealership to have service done on my 4Runner when completed I noticed that the interior as well as the outside of the vehicle was covered in grease and grim. ( it was not just a small amount it covered a large portion of the interior and exterior which I photographed. I usually have good service at Lewis but was extremely disappointed it what was done. It took me over and hour and a half to purchase materials and clean my vehicle. I know that you can do better. More

Poor communication between departments When I scheduled my routine service, I requested to have a minor scrape repaired at the same time. I spoke with someone on this being covered for war When I scheduled my routine service, I requested to have a minor scrape repaired at the same time. I spoke with someone on this being covered for warrant and he said it won’t be a problem and made a note on my file. When I came in for the service and touch up, no one in service had any idea about this touch up. I waited over two hours before asking and they said that my service is complete and that they were still looking into the warranty body work. I ended up waiting another half hour before I finally told them that I had to leave as this should not have taken that long. I think I would have been sitting and waiting all day without anyone addressing my concerns if I hadn’t asked about the status More
