Then after we signed for a Highlander LE. Later we sat down with Kimberly Harvey to review the EnTune system and functionality of the instrumentation, My wife realized she could not sit in the seats another minute. We stopped the training and went to see Mike Z. He said lets try to find the best situation and he directed Lamarcus to get us to line and look at all vehicles to see if Toyota had an answer to our dilemma. We decided to upgraded from the LE to a Limited with leather seats and your team pulled it off. Have to say great job and greatly appreciated. If I could give Lamarcus 10 stars I would. He is a great human being, Kind, polite, professional, motivated and thoughtful. He is the kind of person you wished you had on any team. He takes customer satisfaction to a whole new level. Mike is a no nonsense guy. He listened to all our concerns and our moments of doubt to move forward. He got it done. We really like his support, patience and get the customer in the vehicle they want, with no delays. Awesome job Mike Z. We'll do business with you anytime. For the manufacturer, (NOT THE DEALERSHIP) we are really set back by some things that we feel are just plain poor quality. The buttons and some instrumentation are unusual. Heated seat button design is probably 20 years outdated. The gas cap and fill tube look like they were built for a kit car dune buggy maybe a cheap riding lawnmower. I am a little scared to turn my back while filling. Cheaply made and cheaply installed. Look at the gas filler port on a Ford Edge 2013 SEL, awesome system with no cap. We don't like the lift gate and it does not have keyless entry, Needs an all weather tub in cargo area should be standard for a SUV Limited. Do not like the interior color combinations. A few things we love, the quiet, gentle ride is priceless, towing capacity, Radar cruise control is excellent, the privacy curtains, voice that speaks navigational guidance is perfect. This is our first Toyota. I went with you because I used to own a LEXUS. I don't like Lexus SUV's, so came to you. We already know after two days we will not purchase this vehicle after the lease.
