After Hours Committed My wife and I went in late on a Friday afternoon to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Kaleb was the first to greet us as we walked to the front doors. We My wife and I went in late on a Friday afternoon to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Kaleb was the first to greet us as we walked to the front doors. We could tell that Kaleb was fairly new to the position, but was still knowledgeable, honest, and very personable. We absolutely despise pushy salesmen and Kaleb was the opposite. He listened to our questions, had answers, and didn't just throw sales pitches at us. By the time my wife and I decided to pull the trigger and buy the vehicle it was already closing time. Both Kaleb and Kyle stuck around until 7pm on a Friday night to get us taken care of. With the rest of Toyota being closed there wasn't any time to get the vehicle detailed and cleaned (they had just received the vehicle the day before, so hadn't had a chance to be detailed yet) that night, so Kaleb set up a time the next week for us to bring the vehicle back in for a complete detailing and even threw in a full car cleaning kit. Overall it was a good experience and was nice to not have a pushy salesman to deal with! More
