Great service once I came a second time! I had great service, but not on the day expected. I arrived for my scheduled service and found a dozen cars ahead of me. I talked to one of the serv I had great service, but not on the day expected. I arrived for my scheduled service and found a dozen cars ahead of me. I talked to one of the service managers who said that sometimes the scheduler overbooks. I rescheduled for earlier in the day, a few days later, and that trip was quick and successful. So in spite of being put out initially because of scheduling, and wasting 40 minutes of my time driving back and forth for an appointment that would have taken hours had I waited, I rescheduled and had quick and fine service. You should be careful of this problem. I will not be so calm if it should happen again. More

Kaleb was very easy to work with and we felt he truly listened to our needs when it came time to negotiate price and what our main concerns were with buying a used car. We came from Overland Park, which we thought was going to be a big hassle, but it wasn't thanks to Kaleb and Laressa having everything ready for us when we needed it. In addition, we had been looking for two months for a car and we didn't find any type of customer service, quality of car or price that matched what we found at Lewis Toyota in Topeka. Well worth the drive. In addition, I was able to speak personally to the mechanic, Jerry, who inspected the car and felt he was extremely honest with his assessment so much so that we did not need an independent mechanical inspection. This is the first of four kids we will be buying cars for, and we will certainly be back to this dealership when the next need arises. More

I wasn't looking for a car but after John showed me the RAV4 Hybrid, it was a done deal. He had me test drive four RAV4's to ensure it was the vehicle I wanted. In addition, they did not have one on the lot that I wanted but was able to get it in quickly. The rest of the buying process went very smoothly.
