Very bad experience I took my vehicle in for a persistent popping. They had the truck for the better part of the day and when I was finally able to get ahold of my servi I took my vehicle in for a persistent popping. They had the truck for the better part of the day and when I was finally able to get ahold of my service writer he said that they could not find the source of my noise but that I had a power steering hose that was leaking. The hose in question was a fairly new part and did not leak at all when I took it in. Ultimately I ended up trailering my truck home I found that the hose fitting was somewhat loose and that it was slightly cross threaded. I simply unscrewed the fitting and replaced it back into its hole and it sealed right up and have not had any issues with the leak since. As far as the original issue... it was never resolved and ended up taking to a different dealer due to the suspicious nature of my power steering leak. Amazingly enough did not get a leak when at the other dealer and service was much better. Will never reccomend Lewis to anyone after this last encounter. More
