I wish it was possible to do negative stars… Lewis Nissan had my 2016 Grand Cherokee Summit for months and then I was told on a Friday that it would be ready by The following Monday. I work out of state and had my 2016 Grand Cherokee Summit for months and then I was told on a Friday that it would be ready by The following Monday. I work out of state and informed I wouldn’t be back til Wednesday and would pick up then. I tried to call all day Tuesday to confirm it was fixed no one would respond. Then on Wednesday I called and called before wasting the 45 min trip there and finally around 4 pm found out that they needed to have the the adaptive cruise control sensor in the front bumper and the RainSense sensor in the windshield calibrated at a Jeep Dealership. Of course Joanne the bodyshop manager didn’t plan ahead and called the Dodge dealership and they couldn’t get in for a couple weeks, she called a place in Summerville said they could do it but As quoted by here she just didn’t feel like taking that far…. I suggested calling some other ones and she stated it’s not like I got a list of Jeep/Dodge Dealerships here I suggest Greenbrier Motors in Lewisburg. So she had it took there to be calibrated/scanned and they contacted me to tell me that they could not do it because the sensor was literally facing the ground and there wasn’t a bracket… Greenbrier Motors was nice enough yo order the bracket waiting days for it to come in I got a text message that I should be able to pick up by the end of the day if no issues. I texted back around 4:30 knowing they close at 5. They respond did Lewis Nissan not contact you I said no why? Then heard nothing so I called Joanne and she stated that “Um that bar thing that the bracket mounts to must be be t and they have to order and install a new one so then 3 weeks after I was suppose to get it back Greenbrier Motors finally finishes it. When I picked it up it was obvious that at some point it had been taken for a joyride with at least five people sitting in it . See I had it detailed the morning Before I wrecked it and there was white foot prints on the floor mats seats and door jams someone damaged the headliner and looks like cut the back of the driver seat… also open looking at it the bumper is missing a piece it’s literally has a panel missing out of it the paint is fish eyed all over where Lewis Nissan Painted it and the best part is where I couldn’t see from all the salt that got on it (I assume from the JoyRide I pressed for the front windshield wiper fluid to clean the windshield started running down the back window and the front wipers going then tried the rear and the rear wiper started going and the fluid came out the front. I bring it back and Joanne starts walking around it being a xxxx and says that it’s not a big deal and Shrugs it all off. From the time she walked out to lot she was being rude so finally I got rude back when she asked me if I even knew what a washer reservoir was and I said yes I know what the clear jug that holds washer fluid is and I know you all obviously don’t know how to connect one since mine is backwards she snarled and said I’m done with you and walked back into the building. So I pulled to the main office and walked in to speak to the general manager Chad ( he’s a real treat… I’ve called for over a week and he’s never called me back but this time got to speak to him since I just showed up he came out side was looking at it and was sitting In The driver seat Observing the wiper situation and Joanne walks up and starts again and I told him I’m not dealing with her anymore she continues and I stated I was done with the xxxxx… he said call your lawyer I’m done with you and walked away. They are supposed to be part of the Assured Performance Network and Certified in Collision Repair… What a joke and I’m more than happy to call my lawyer because they have now sent a unsafe vehicle out twice and refused to fix it the second time and actually caused it the first time. I wouldn’t take a bicycle to this place after the experience I have had. And I hope Chad reads this and a big xxxx You to him if he is! From Allison Kirchner More
Let me start on a positive. The salesman I worked with was very kind and extremely helpful. I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I noticed after I got home that there was a couple d was very kind and extremely helpful. I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I noticed after I got home that there was a couple dents on the right rear bumper that had uneven paint over it. I also noticed that the brake light cover was cracked. I tooked pictures and sent them to the salesman. They quickly ordered the brake light cover. I waited over at week for them to be able to consult with the dent repair specialist. When I contacted them to see when I could bring the vehicle in for repair I was told that they would fix the brake light cover but not the fender. I questioned why and was told that the general manager reviewed photos of the vehicle and that there was no dent in the vehicle before I left the lot. I was told that maybe I stopped at a goas station or something and someone backed into it. I replied that I had not went anywhere but home and that I didn't have the paint to match my vehicle that was put on it. I was finally told by the general manager to "just bring it in and we ill evaluate it". The salesman was very helpful and the dent repairman did try buto fix it but said there wasn't a lot he could do. My concern was where the paint was not smooth. The collision center on site looked at it and felt it would need painted. I was told they would paint it if I paint half of the $600.00 cost. I declined due to the fact that I did not cause the damage (I'm wondering if it happened when it was taken to put gas in it and clean it before I left). Everyone was helpful except for Chad the general manager. He was very rude. He told me that they put the vehicle on the lot and the dent was there then. I told him I had just been told the day before that he had reviewed pictures and the dent wasn't there before I left. He said "the picture was grainy but it was there". He had also told be the day before that they do a bumper to bumper inspection and would have noticed it. I asked about reviewing cameras and was told they don't have them. I told him I was going to speak with my lawyer before I made a decision on what to do. He immediately got up, raised his voiced, told me the name of his lawyer and phone number and told me to contact him and then left the office. Everyone I worked with was kind and helpful except for the manager. More

New frontier Stopped at Lewis Nissan to just look at trucks. Justin Bennett came out to show me what they had. He was nice and knowledgable, we ended up with a Stopped at Lewis Nissan to just look at trucks. Justin Bennett came out to show me what they had.
