We were stranded 40 miles form Dodge city at another ford dealer our vehicle had been there for one day and they told us it would be a week before we could get in. We called Lewis Ford in Dodge City to see i dealer our vehicle had been there for one day and they told us it would be a week before we could get in. We called Lewis Ford in Dodge City to see if they would help they not only looked at it they had a employee come get us and our stuff made arrangments to go get the vehicle got us a loaner car and let us use it while they fixed us up the guy that worked on it came in at six that next morning to get it apart so he would be ready for the parts when they got there. I was so happy we called them they took great care of us and we got to spend a day at all of the historic Dodge City stuff. Thanks Lexi More

Made a appointment with the service dept. for 10AM. Went back at noon and truck had not been looked at. Called at 2 and they said they were about to look at it. Called at 4 and was told would be the next mo back at noon and truck had not been looked at. Called at 2 and they said they were about to look at it. Called at 4 and was told would be the next morning. When we asked for the service manager he stated that maybe we needed to take it somewhere else, and commented on us being from out of state...??!!! Not sure why a truck from another state is not worth working on. It is a company truck...a company that purchases several NEW ford trucks a year...We will be letting our corporate office know about the experience at this Ford dealership. More
