I had a pleasant experience at Levittown Ford Service. This is the 3rd time I have been to the service department. Chris was extremely attentive and even came on a test drive with me. Hurricane Sandy beat me up pretty bad and my experience at Levittown Ford and working with Kyle and his managers was the first RAY OF HOPE I felt. I went to Levittown Ford with my fater , who had recently lost two cars to Hurricane Sandy. He needed another car and just wanted a 2 yr lease at this time. He had visited another Ford dealership earlier in the week and when he told me the prices they had offered him, I told him to I would take him to the dealership near my house, so I could make sure no-one would take advantage of my elderly father who had just lost his cars and other possessions during the hurricane. We walked into Levittown Ford and were immediatley greeted by Robert Kennedy. I explained to him my ftahers plight and also quoted him the prices my father had been offered for a Ford Focus. He was very understanding and said he would take care of my father, and he did not dissapoint. He gave my father a great deal on a 2013 Focus. Bob also made all the calls to the insurance company regarding the claim numbers, new insurance card, etc. When we came to pick up the car, he went over every, button and dial, so that my father could understand how the car works. We were very pleased with the way we were treated at Levitton Ford and by Robert Kennedy. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. More
Purchased my 2009 Flex off lease thru Levittown Ford in August who had opened in place of the former Country Ford dealer from who I originally leased my Flex, at which time I added a "Comprehensive" Extend August who had opened in place of the former Country Ford dealer from who I originally leased my Flex, at which time I added a "Comprehensive" Extended Warranty suggested by sales and finance rep's at a cost of $1,990. In October I noticed water leaking into my truck drivers side floor. learned then "Comprehensive" Extended Warranty does NOT cover water leaks. Levittown Ford offered NO accommodation for repairs, spoke with Dennis Marsala (former Finance Mgr) and left messages for GM Bill Dimaio who never returned calls. Only heard from service advisor who stated they could not help me with repair costs. The Flex was just a few months out of its original warranty and my $2,000 "Comprehensive" Extended Warranty is useless. Emails and voice recordings tout they will do all needed to satisfy their customers - well DON'T Believe IT! They have done NOTHING to help me or offered to even offset the repairs. This for a 40 month old Flex with under 32,000 miles. They were quick to sell me a "COMPREHENSIVE" Extended Warranty and welcome me to their "family" but then when I needed their help they wanted nothing to do with me as a now "former" customer - Buyer Beware! Not a dealer I would consider or recommend. More
I bought my car from Levittown Ford and got great service from the sales dept. I bring my car to their service dept because it is close to home and because their service dept is top notch. They have always taken my car in, even on short notice, and gotten me out quickly. I have been a Ford customer since the 1980's. I have had three F-series pick ups and now a 2012 Explorer. Love it, love it, love it. And to have it serviced by such a competent service dept. is a bonus. More
I had to have my 2010 Ford Taurus towed into Levittown Ford from out East. My battery had died at 8:00 PM on a Thursday night and because Levittown Ford offered their VIP services, they sent a tow truck Ford from out East. I didn't have to wait and my life didn't miss a beat. Then, the car was ready the next day. I would reccommend this dealer to any new/used car buyer. They are extremely accomodating as well as very reliable. They saved me enormous aggravation and my life was not disrupted for a minute. Thank you to Keith & Bill for taking such wonderful care of a very appreciative customer. I wouldn't buy or service my car anywhere else... A lifetime customer More

This was the worst experience I have ever had. They listed the car on the internet for 11,500 and sold it to us for 11,900 !!! ) of course the base price without the hidden fees (+ tax+ documentation+ listed the car on the internet for 11,500 and sold it to us for 11,900 !!! ) of course the base price without the hidden fees (+ tax+ documentation+ etc.... ) which added up to 13,900 We came in at 12 noon and literally had to beg them to sell us the car before the oil stations close at 9 pm. Every time we want to discuss any issue they would make us wait more and take someone else and leave us hanging and tell us we lost our turn either we pay or wait. Other same couple had the same issue buying the car the same time!! Very unpleasant staff. I really needed the car ASAP and other dealers closed because we made the mistake and waited. I would have not got the car even though the car was nice because of the service and rudeness. RUN AWAY!! If you try dealing with them you will regret. Personally I would rather buying a more expensive car elsewhere were customers are valued and appreciated. More

After being a customer from Honda for over 9 years, I decided to try Ford. I know my credit is not the greatest but at Levittown Ford, they did EVERYTHING they could do to help me getting the car I wante decided to try Ford. Krystal Garcia, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and patience with me, especially since I am a little difficult and picky when it comes to select a car. It took a while but finally they were able to get me the car I wanted. Nick (forgot his last name, was the mastermind dealing with the bank and trying to get me approved and especially a good monthly payment. I definitely recommend Levittown Ford and I hope this is the beginning of many, many years with them More
