My wife was in need of a new car as soon as possible, and she had a firm price in mind for a Ford Fusion that she was willing to pay. Aladin Omar was our salesperson and he was absoluly spectacular. On our first trip to Levittown he absolutly scoured the available inventory for a car that fit her demands. He even took us to the lot where the new stock that has not been added to their computer inventory is kept He personally walked up and down each row to check the prices on every Fusion in that lot! Unfortunatly on that day he was unable to find a car that would fit in our budget. He told us that he would continue to search and that he would be in touch with us when he found something. To be honest, neither my wife nor I really thought that we would hear from him again. But in 2 days he called my wife on her cell phone to say "come on down" I got one. We went the following day which was New Years Day and the car was waiting for us. Unfortunatly being New Years Day our insurance carrier, Allstate, was unable to provide proof of insurance so we could not take the car then. My wife had no car to go back the next day as I was working, so Omar drove to our house and picked her up! He took a lot of time to explain the features to her and she left smiling. After the Hurricane I was in need for a new car and I was recommended by my brother to go to this dealership. After already having a Lincoln MKZ I knew I wanted something nice. Bob showed me around and took time with me and did not pressure me into something I didn't want. I ended up ordering a new car that they did not have in stock. The toughest thing to handle was that the car did not come in as quickly as I would have liked. Each time I did call Bob answered right away or got back to me very quickly with an upfront and honest answer, even though it sometimes wasn't good news. When my car finally arrived he patiently went through all the paperwork with me to make sure I knew what I was getting. He also helped speed the process so that as soon as my car was ready I could take it home. More

My wife, daughter and I went in to check in to leasing a new Edge to replace our finishing lease (from another dealership). Mr. Omar listened carefully to what we were looking for and within minutes had located numerous options on the lot. He arranged a test drive for us and worked on all the details very quickly. When we returned, we discussed the potential deal and Mr. Omar made sure we were comfortable and completely satisfied...which we were. The rest of the staff were very accomodating and friendly as well. Mr. Omar made this one of the most relaxed and enjoyable purchases we have ever been involved with! We had gone to this dealership since this is very close to our house and to just explore possible Ford vehicle. We fell in love with the Ford Explorer and the deal which the manager worked out for us in th to our house and to just explore possible Ford vehicle. Our salesperson (Aladin Omar) was patient and took time to go over the details we wanted in the vehicle. He gave us a test drive and also took us to the service area if there are other colors and choices available. I think the best part of going to the dealership was that when we went to pick up the vehicle all the paperwork was ready with the price we agreed upon. We did not have to go over pressure tactics from the Finance manager to add on stuff we did not need. We only had to deal with 1 person and that was Omar. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Omar. More
