I came ones to this dealer about 5 months ago, and sat down with a salesman named Andy, he was new but he was very professional and friendly. He asked me what color vehicle I preferred and I told him blue, I was waiting for about a half hour just to have him look for what cars they had in stock, and get someone to help him find it in the system. There was also a wait on everything else, I had to wait about 20 minutes for him to find a car in the lot that had gas and that I was able to test drive, after he found it, it took him another 10 minutes to find the keys, maybe another 5-10 minutes to place the dealer plates on it..by the time I was able to drive the car, I was already pissed off of how much we have to wait around for nothing...I'm kind of glad that I walked away not buying car at this place overall their price was much higher than their competitors...about a week ago my wife was looking at the 2013 Ford Explorer it looks good from the inside and outside, so I decided to got back to this same dealer and give it a try...The exact same thing happened with another sales man "Justin" he was nice, but we had to wait for everything from filling out an applicaiton,getting keys,permission to drive the car, make copy of the drivers license, and to appraise my car. At the very end of the visit. He was trying to get a final number for my exchange vehicle...This greacy hair dude at the counter now I know whom he is Mr. Volonakis gave me an insulting low ball offer on my car, with a smile. I would prefer to donate my car rather than giving my car to these people...So basically I wasted a half day to test drive one car and to get high price and low offer on my car. If you plan to come to this place, please take a entire day off..not to meantion that there was no other customers on the floor except for me. Working with Dan and George was a good experience. This is my second Purchase from this Dealership. Things did not go off well at first with the previous salesman before Dan, and I had walked out. After a few days I realized that the first salesman was green and finding his way. But after I returned I ran into Daniel and things went smooth. I do believe that Dan will be better than “Good” over time and more of an asset to Levittown Ford. I do not know either of these Gentlemen, and people are always fast in complaining when things don’t go well, for me a bad experience I will just walk away from. This purchase was not without difficulties as after coming to terms on price and scheduling for vehicle delivery on 12/31/12, the dealer could not deliver the vehicle due to unresolvable recall issues. coming to terms on price and scheduling for vehicle delivery on 12/31/12, the dealer could not deliver the vehicle due to unresolvable recall issues. Though I put down a $2,000 deposit which I did not take back, I then had to wait until Feb. 20, 2013 for a factory ordered car to be delivered and it did not contain a feature both I and my salesman had thought it to have. I was extremely frsutrated and disappointed by now but I took the car nonetheless as I needed to leave the dealership with a car. My salesman was extremely courteous and profesional throughout the ordeal but admittedly lacked the product knowledge of the vehicle (having been at the dealership just 2 months) which otherwise could have avoided the mishaps that I had to endure. In fact, I am currently reviewing the manual on my own to learn the specifics about the car and the My Sync system. I had similar frustrations with management as I had hoped the dealership could offer me something to offset my angst and distress, but despite my patience and understanding (not to mention my leaving a $2,000 deposit with them for alost 2 months), the best they would do was to offer to give me an alarm for the car at cost. Even the finance manager could offer me nothing more than apologies as he and his GM had been there for little more than a week. My overall experience in light of the above is just okay as my salesman was a good guy and very concerned for what I was going through but that did not take the stin off the issues surrounding my purchase. As far as recommneding the dealership is concerned, the true response is "I'm not sure" but since that is not an option I have to say no. Maye things will change for the better dwn the road. We'll see! More
