Working with Dan and George was a good experience. This is my second Purchase from this Dealership. Things did not go off well at first with the previous salesman before Dan, and I had walked out. I do believe that Dan will be better than “Good” over time and more of an asset to Levittown Ford. I do not know either of these Gentlemen, and people are always fast in complaining when things don’t go well, for me a bad experience I will just walk away from. This purchase was not without difficulties as after coming to terms on price and scheduling for vehicle delivery on 12/31/12, the dealer could not deliver the vehicle due to unresolvable recall issues. coming to terms on price and scheduling for vehicle delivery on 12/31/12, the dealer could not deliver the vehicle due to unresolvable recall issues. Though I put down a $2,000 deposit which I did not take back, I then had to wait until Feb. 20, 2013 for a factory ordered car to be delivered and it did not contain a feature both I and my salesman had thought it to have. I was extremely frsutrated and disappointed by now but I took the car nonetheless as I needed to leave the dealership with a car. My salesman was extremely courteous and profesional throughout the ordeal but admittedly lacked the product knowledge of the vehicle (having been at the dealership just 2 months) which otherwise could have avoided the mishaps that I had to endure. In fact, I am currently reviewing the manual on my own to learn the specifics about the car and the My Sync system. I had similar frustrations with management as I had hoped the dealership could offer me something to offset my angst and distress, but despite my patience and understanding (not to mention my leaving a $2,000 deposit with them for alost 2 months), the best they would do was to offer to give me an alarm for the car at cost. Even the finance manager could offer me nothing more than apologies as he and his GM had been there for little more than a week. My overall experience in light of the above is just okay as my salesman was a good guy and very concerned for what I was going through but that did not take the stin off the issues surrounding my purchase. As far as recommneding the dealership is concerned, the true response is "I'm not sure" but since that is not an option I have to say no. Maye things will change for the better dwn the road. We'll see! More

Every three years my wife and I DREAD the thought of having to negotiate a new lease deal. The lease was up on our Ford Edge and we were interested in looking at the Ford Escape. We originally went to having to negotiate a new lease deal. The lease was up on our Ford Edge and we were interested in looking at the Ford Escape. We originally went to the dealership that we leased the Edge from and were not happy with the results so we decided to give Levittown Ford a try. At Levittown Ford we were introduced to Al Omar who greeted us with a big smile. We told him what we were interested in and after we test drove a 2013 Escape and liked the car Al ran around the car lots looking for the color and model we wanted. He then searched on the computer for almost 2 hours trying to find exactly what we wanted. All the while assuring us that he would find the car for us and never trying to push other options on us. My wife wanted the car to have a backup sensor and finding that was not easy. But as promised Al eventually found a car that was on order in the color we wanted and in our price range. After Al met with Mike (the manager) they offered us an even better deal on a car they had in stock. The car had all the options we were looking for plus many more (they only difference was the color) and they offered it to us at the same price. It was a deal we could not refuse and all of this was possible due to Al Omar a/k/a/ The Egyptian Magician, my nickname for a man who was true to his word and truly worked magic. Al Omar and Mike Volonakis turned something that we were dreading into a great experience and we left Levittown Ford in a car we are very happy with. More
