The car shopping experience I had at Levittown Ford was for the most part positive, thanks to Dan who helped me with the purchase of my new vehicle. When I came in the other week on Sunday to get a quote f for the most part positive, thanks to Dan who helped me with the purchase of my new vehicle. When I came in the other week on Sunday to get a quote for the trade in value on my vehicles and look at a Jeep on the lot, I was put in touch with dealerships appraiser who gave me at first a low ball offer on both my vehicles. (I knew they were very low because I already got significantly higher quotes from my dealer in CT where I always had the service done since they were purchased.) He (appraiser)was able to come up on the trade in value and we were only a few dollars apart from making the deal happen, but he said he would call me back the next day after speaking to a supervisor to see if there was any higher he could go. When I got a call the next day,they came up to an agreeable number on one of my vehicles, but now they decided to drop the price significantly that they quoted me on my other vehicle. When Dan, told me this over the phone, I was very turned off and didn't wish to give you guy's my business, because I felt I couldn't trust Levittown Ford after they did not wish to honor the quote from a day prior. I expressed this to Dan, and I felt bad for him because I knew this would cost him the sale, and I knew it wasn't his decision. That same day I was already in talks with another local dealer about purchasing an SUV from them and was supposed to go for a test drive when I got back into town. Before I got to go for the test drive I got a call from a girl at Levittown asking me if I was still interested in purchasing a car, and I told her the entire story/experience I had, and she was going to pass the info to her sales manager. Within about 15 minutes of closing, I get a call from Dan letting me know he had good news and we were able to come to an agreement on the trade ins. He broke everything down for me over the phone, and I felt like I could trust him so I left a deposit and told him I would be in the next day to finalize everything. I was very happy how everything worked out in the end thanks to Dan, the girl who did the follow up call, and the manager who gave the go ahead. I felt Dan was patient, courteous, and most of all honest and had a positive experience overall and that is why I gave the rating I did. Thanks More

My husband and i went to Levittown Ford to look at the 2006 Mercury Mountaineer they had posted on optimum autos. Omar was our sales person who took us on a test drive. He was so nice, courteous, and he looked into any concern we had with the vehicle. For example: the tire pressure dash light came on, so omar got out of the truck and checked each tire before we left the lot. I had a list of 10 vehicles and 6 dealers I wanted to go to that day, and this was the first car that we had looked at, so we did not purchase at this time. We went to two other dealers, one that did not have what they had advertised, and another whose vehicles were not in as good shape as this one was. Also, the salesman at the second place had a personality that left much to be desired. This is when my husband and I talked it over and decided that not only did Levittown Ford have the best vehicle, we felt that they also had the best salesman and we would rather give them our business than look elsewhere. Omar welcomed us back into the showroom, went over every detail of the sales process, and introduced us to his manager (sorry, I cannot remember his name, just that he had what sounded like an Australian accent) who chatted with us while Omar was doing some paperwork. He was also very friendly and made us feel even more confident in our decision to purchase from them. The next day we picked up the truck. It was President's Day, so the showroom was extremely busy. Omar had warned us the night before that it was going to be busy and that we may be there for a few hours, so we were prepared. Even though Omar had many customers to tend to, he still made sure to check in with us on several occasions. He even let us go in the washbay to see the truck and open it up while we waited. This when we met with Nick Volonakis in financing. He was extremely knowledgeable about warranties, and he went out of his way to find us the best interest rate possible. We were all set with one bank, but then he found another with a lower interest rate and did the paperwork all over again. Like everyone else here, Nick was very friendly and made our experience here that much more memorable. This truck was for me, replacing my '95 Honda Accord. I am completely in love with this truck and would definitely come back to Levittown Ford to purchase my next one (although it may be awhile, I really love this truck). I'd recommend Levittown Ford to anyone who is looking for a vehicle, new or used, and I'd tell them to ask for Omar. He was wonderful; he made this experience very enjoyable and it was hassle free. Everyone here was nice and polite and made us feel comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. More

My experience at Levitown Ford was truly special. Mr Omar was great. He took extra time to show me all of the features of the Hybrid, Helped me compare specific options that I found important, even went out of his way to pick me up and drive me home when I had trouble after I purchased the new car (Just a flat tire, But Still treated like a Valued customer.) The VIP Service is an added touch, I am sure once I use it , it'll be fantastic. Mr. Omar and the entire team made me truly feel like part of the Ford Family. I highly Recommend them for your next car. More

Dan was a great sales rep. Very professional and courteous especially since he was helping us out after Steven quimby( another sales rep) messed up and never called us back. My expererience was amazing I went to ford Levittown Ford after at first being declined for a lease, but they were persistant with phone calls and emails. I was going to put tires on the vehicle I had and say oh well, but since they were so persistant I figured would could it hurt and 5 days later Eric Martinez, Nick Volonakis, and Dan Krauciunas had me in a new 2013 ford explorer. Eric Was persistant in keeping in contact with me daily and working with me every step of the way. NIck Did an outstanding job of listening to my financial situation and doing everything in his power to help me. Dan Finished the deal by showing me the in and outs of the car with all its options. These three gentleman did an oustanding job and ford should consider themselves lucky to have three amazing employees working for them. I only hope when my lease is up that these men are still at the dealership so I can deal with them again. More
I came ones to this dealer about 5 months ago, and sat down with a salesman named Andy, he was new but he was very professional and friendly. He asked me what color vehicle I preferred and I told him blue, I was waiting for about a half hour just to have him look for what cars they had in stock, and get someone to help him find it in the system. There was also a wait on everything else, I had to wait about 20 minutes for him to find a car in the lot that had gas and that I was able to test drive, after he found it, it took him another 10 minutes to find the keys, maybe another 5-10 minutes to place the dealer plates on it..by the time I was able to drive the car, I was already pissed off of how much we have to wait around for nothing...I'm kind of glad that I walked away not buying car at this place overall their price was much higher than their competitors...about a week ago my wife was looking at the 2013 Ford Explorer it looks good from the inside and outside, so I decided to got back to this same dealer and give it a try...The exact same thing happened with another sales man "Justin" he was nice, but we had to wait for everything from filling out an applicaiton,getting keys,permission to drive the car, make copy of the drivers license, and to appraise my car. At the very end of the visit. He was trying to get a final number for my exchange vehicle...This greacy hair dude at the counter now I know whom he is Mr. Volonakis gave me an insulting low ball offer on my car, with a smile. I would prefer to donate my car rather than giving my car to these people...So basically I wasted a half day to test drive one car and to get high price and low offer on my car. If you plan to come to this place, please take a entire day off..not to meantion that there was no other customers on the floor except for me. The other salesman were on their computer on facebook lol.... More
