After a few bad experiences with Honda and Toyota, my husband and I looked into purchasing a Ford Escape. The dealership was close to our home, and we stopped in one evening to browse. Omar, was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was knowledgeable, accommodating and assisted us in getting not only the exact car we wanted, but he went the extra mile to get us the offers and discounts appropriate for the car. With each request, Paul, was consulted and results were forthcoming in a caring and positive manner. After much deliberation on our part (and I am sure a great deal of angst from us on their part (big smile), the sale was made. No questions or explaining the same thing several times deterred their attitudes toward us which was always kind and accommodating. After arriving and waiting, Omar took us to see the car they were preparing for us. The interior did not match what we "assumed" we would be getting. The staff at Ford went completely out of their way to get us the interior we requested. This required a myriad of paperwork, recalling the insurance company, and having another car brought in, etc. At NO TIME was I ever made to feel that I wasn't an important customer. I left Ford with what I wanted at a price I could afford. I can honestly say this is the BEST EVER experience we have had with any car dealer. Omar was such a pleasure to work with. He is a real "people" person and he just makes you want to buy a car from him (another big smile). 10 Stars to FORD and 20 Stars to Omar and Paul. Keep up the good work. I ALREADY KNEW MY COST SINCE I AM A MEMBER OF TEACHERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION AND RECEIVED A NICE DISCOUNT. THE PRICE WAS PRE-DETERMINED BY THE CREDIT UNION. I ALSO RECEIVED THE FORD REBATE. THE SALES PROCESS WENT SMOOTHLY. I PURCHASED ADDITIONAL FEATURES SUCH AS LOJACK AND GLASS COATING. BOTH TIMES I WAS GIVEN A LOANER CAR WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. I HAVE ONLY GOOD THINGS TO SAY IN THE 18 MONTHS THAT I'VE HAD MY ESCAPE. IT RUNS BEAUTIFULLY. HAS SO MANY EXTRA NICE FEATURES SUCH AS THE BLUETOOTH, SUNROOF, PLENTY OF ROOM FOR MY BIKE, THE ABILITY TO DOWNLOAD ALL MY MUSIC SO I DON'T HAVE TO CARRY CD'S ALL OVER THE PLACE. I THINK THE FEATURE I LOVE BEST IS THE PUSH BUTTON LOCK. SO IF I'M OUT IN THE YARD AND NEED SOMETHING OUT OF MY CAR, I DON'T HAVE TO RUN BACK INTO THE HOUSE TO GET MY KEY. I LOVE THE QUICK LANE WHERE I CAN JUST STOP IN FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND FREE NY STATE INSPECTIONS. THERE'S A LUXURIOUS WAITING ROOM AND I'M ALWAYS OUT WITHIN THE HOUR. MIKE AND MARISSA WERE GREAT TOWORK WITH. THE ENTIRE STAFF HAS BEEN FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. MY ENTIRE FORD EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN 100% WONDERFUL.
