After a few bad experiences with Honda and Toyota, my husband and I looked into purchasing a Ford Escape. The dealership was close to our home, and we stopped in one evening to browse. My salesperson, husband and I looked into purchasing a Ford Escape. The dealership was close to our home, and we stopped in one evening to browse. My salesperson, A. Omar, was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was knowledgeable, accommodating and assisted us in getting not only the exact car we wanted, but he went the extra mile to get us the offers and discounts appropriate for the car. With each request, Paul, was consulted and results were forthcoming in a caring and positive manner. After much deliberation on our part (and I am sure a great deal of angst from us on their part (big smile), the sale was made. No questions or explaining the same thing several times deterred their attitudes toward us which was always kind and accommodating. After arriving and waiting, Omar took us to see the car they were preparing for us. The interior did not match what we "assumed" we would be getting. The staff at Ford went completely out of their way to get us the interior we requested. This required a myriad of paperwork, recalling the insurance company, and having another car brought in, etc. At NO TIME was I ever made to feel that I wasn't an important customer. I left Ford with what I wanted at a price I could afford. I can honestly say this is the BEST EVER experience we have had with any car dealer. Omar was such a pleasure to work with. He is a real "people" person and he just makes you want to buy a car from him (another big smile). 10 Stars to FORD and 20 Stars to Omar and Paul. Keep up the good work.
