Having faithfully been a service department customer of Hassett Ford for many years and finally deciding to try another dealer, I reluctantly went to Levittown Ford for the first time today. I was met at the door by a youg gentleman who knew who I was and was expecting me. I then met with the Assistant Service Manager, Michelle Wynne, who I had actually known from my many years of going to Hassett and she made me feel right at home. She was courteous and professional and friendly. The work on my car was done on time and everything was as promised. The facility at Levittown Ford is first-class all the way and it was such an enjoyable experience that I will not only be returning with my car regularly, but also with my wife's Lincoln and my father in-law's Taurus.
