I had the pleasure of working with the best sales force Bob Warner and Vinnie Ortolani. They were fun, easy going, and professional. Even when I was with the finance manager signing the lease with Ed Kava it was such an easy transaction. My new Ford Edge was ready to pick up two days later. Bob took his time to thoroughly go over the entire car with me. This was the first time I had to buy a new car without my Father by my side. Walking into different dealerships alone as a young lady was a nightmare for me. These three gentleman changed my car buying experience and left me smiling from ear to ear. Thank you to Bob Warner (sales), Vinnie Ortolani (sales manager), and Ed Kava (finance manager). You guys are amazing and I will recommend everyone I know to you! More
Excellent car buying experience After doing our homework we narrowed down our choices to the Ford Edge and the Jeep Grand Cheroke. We went to Levittown Ford after seeing their add and checking their inventory on line. They had the model we liked in stock and it was listed at a good price. It was a busy Saturday and we had to wait about 20 minutes before a salesman freed up. Our salesman Frank was very accommodating and asked us to take a test drive before doing anything else to see how we liked the Edge. He had both my wife and I drive it and he explained many of the key features. He was very attentative and patient with us. We both agreed that this was the car we wanted before we sat down to talk price. I was a bit disappointed that the price we got on-line was lower than the price they were asking. Frank was straight with us and very accommodating. We both felt very comfortable with the dealership. This feeling stayed with us as the deal progressed through today. I ended up paying a litttle more than I probably could have gotten the car for but I felt I was still getting my money's worth with the dealer and their reputation. Several people I spoke with gave the dealer high ratings and their recommendation. Frank made sure we got all the incentives that we qualified for and was able to get us a good finance rate. When we picked up the car he spent over two hours with us going over everything and demonstrating the electronic display and controls. We have the car for over a week and he has called us twice to make sure everything was OK and that we didn't have any questions. Both my wife and I felt he was one of the most considerate car salesmen we ever worked with and felt he took a personal interest in seeing that we were satisfied. More

Valerie Mayer made sure that I went home with a new car that was right for me and I felt confident in the decision then and I am still more than satisfied with the transaction and the 2014 Ford Focus that I purchased on April 12. I was treated as if I mattered to him. I was not just another one of the many people he had to help that week, but someone who was his concern. Let me start by saying this is the first review I've left for a product purchase or about customer service. My feelings of dealing with car sales people ranked the same as visiting the dentist for a root canal. Something to be dreaded and never looking forward too. However, I felt it necessary to share my experience at Levittown Ford. From my first phone call to the dealer about available inventory to the moment we drove away in our new truck they couldn't do enough for us. And they were sincere! At one point I looked at my husband and said this is surreal and we must be on some reality TV show because this experience is too pleasant! Even a month after making our purchase we still hear from them. They follow up to say thank you again. They want to be sure that we are enjoying our vehicle and to let us know if there is anything we need to give them a call. And I have to give a special shout out to Vinnie Ortolani. He just kept going above and beyond to be sure he got us all available incentives and rebates. Honestly, who can say they've gone into the car dealer to pickup their new vehicle and been greeted at the door by the sales manager and told "great news" you qualify for another $500.00 rebate!?! We aren't due for another new vehicle for a few years but I can tell you when we are we will be going back to Levittown Ford! Thanks Vinnie, Jason and Bob! It was truly a great experience. Update: The day after picking up our new vehicle we received a coupon from Ford Corp for 750.00. I immediately called Vinnie who said he would work with Ford to get us the additional 750.00 rebate even though we had already picked up our vehicle. Sure enough in my mailbox yesterday was a check for 750.00. I especially wanted to mention this because between the time we picked up our vehicle and actually received the check (approx 6 weeks) Vinnie had moved on to another dealership. However, he continued to keep in touch via email/text to be sure we received the refund. He had also put us in contact with Eric Rivera, the General Manager at Levittown Ford who also kept on top of the progress of our additional refund and was always quick to respond to my emails and give us updates. Thank you again Levittown Ford!!! More
