We traded in our Honda lease and it was the smoothest process I have ever encountered. This is our second purchase at Levittown. The first was a lease last year, and we decided to finance the F150 for our second car. I am a repeat customer to Levittown Ford. I purchased a 2012 Explorer during the opening weeks of their dealership. I have been very pleased with them during my entire relationship and pleased to see that their approach with customers continues. I went today to purchase a new Escape and trade in my 2012 Explorer. The dealer working with me was Marvin Tremino and he couldn't have been more professional and courteous. My financial situation didn't allow me to purchase a new Escape but Marvin worked hard on getting a Certified Used Escape that would fill my goals. I noticed that Marvin was conscious not to imply in any manner any type of pressure during the entire experience. I felt very comfortable and a trust was building. I ended up with a 2013 Explorer due to Marvin's efforts and left this evening very pleased once again with Levittown Ford. I have and continue to recommend Levittown Ford not only for purchasing a vehicle but their outstanding service department and most importantly their commitment to stand by their word. My car is a 2003 Ford Escape Sport. It is an old car with lots of quirks. Recently I broke the most expensive piece in the entire engine... we're talking 5k expensive... and Sean felt horrible. He knows how lots of quirks. Recently I broke the most expensive piece in the entire engine... we're talking 5k expensive... and Sean felt horrible. He knows how much I car about this car. Heck he calls my car by it's nickname :) Along with that piece being broken, my oil pan cracked, burning oil smell was in the cabin AND my heat vent decides if and when to push air out. Sean, in this instance, had to hand hold me and take me through almost a month without my car. Now it's back in the shop with a broken alarm and a messed up door. Sean is handling it all - ON HIS DAY OFF. He has gone above and beyond what any normal person should do or has to do. He, Marissa and Miriam in the front area always amazing and they are the reason I stay here. I don't have the pleasure of meeting the mechanics... and these three are the first line of defense against customer issues. Sean is handling everything... and it is a lot to ask of him. He is never cruel, he is never rude, he is never anything other than a consummate professional. If he leaves... there would be shoes so big no one could fill them. More

Very nice and relaxed. Even helped me talk down the price of my insurance by personally talking to the geico rep. on the phone. I came in pretty much knowing what I wanted, but he helped me see just how nice of my insurance by personally talking to the geico rep. on the phone. I walked in on a saturday and drove out the same day in my new car! Very happy! More

Steve was very straight foward. He worked hard getting us the best price possible. Any questions we had he was very knowledgeable. WARNING..... When you pick up your car after service, make sure they didn't damage your vehicle. They damaged my vehicle not once but twice. The second time I actually had to take it to a body shop to re make sure they didn't damage your vehicle. They damaged my vehicle not once but twice. The second time I actually had to take it to a body shop to repair the damage they caused. When I confronted the dealer about the damage, they offered to give me touch up paint to cover it up. After complaining to Levittown Ford and to Ford Corp, they both basically told me you're on your own. Once they take your money for the vehicle , they never want to see you again. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FORD AS LONG AS I LIVE. This is why people buy Japanese cars. They know how to satisfy a customer and keep him/her coming back. More
I went in expecting the typical stereotype car sales experience from previous dealers I've dealt with which were not pleasant at most but, I must say that I left Levittown Ford with the car I wanted, at experience from previous dealers I've dealt with which were not pleasant at most but, I must say that I left Levittown Ford with the car I wanted, at the price I needed and with a finance deal I did not expect at all. Ryan (Sales Rep) was very professional and did not quit. As for Nick in finance, thank you for the extra push on a lower interest rate. Based on this first time experience with this dealer, I would definitely recommend you guys!..GV More
