I leased a 2016 Ford Fusion and my salesmen was Dan K. Dan was extremely kind and easy to talk to- not just for a car salesman, but just in general as a person. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, as well as very laid-back, which made the experience a very positive one. Usually I would feel shy or embarassed because I don't know a lot about cars, but I didn't feel that way at all, nor was I worried I was being taken advantage of, because as a car salesman, he was not forceful or intimidating- like many can be- which made us feel comfortable right away! He took the time to explain everything in a simple way that was easy to understand, and because of that, for the first time, I actually know how to use everything in my car! He also was honest with us when giving advice, which we really, really appreciated. Finally, he was very polite and did not rush us at all, and he was truthful (in everything to do with the car as well as any time we had a short wait for something- he would always tell us the true amount of time we could expect which was thoughtful). Honestly, our whole family couldn't stop talking about how lucky we were to have gotten Dan as our salesman. None of us had ever had such a positive experience when buying a vehicle- even those of us who have bought many cars in our lifetime. It really says a lot about Levittown Ford that they have such great employees who enjoy their jobs. My father is going to be buying a car soon, as well as my brother (who will probably lease like I did) and both of them plan to ask for Dan to work with them when they do. Every word of this review is true; we really are still in shock over how great Dan was, how great of a deal Ford offered for the car, and how smoothly everything went! A++++++ overall experience at Levittown Ford. We will be back and Dan K is definitely the reason why (aside from the fact that Ford makes great cars)! Thank you Dan for all of your help, for being so nice and for making our experience supurb! You're a great guy and an outstanding salesman! But when she came home she was completely elated, she said that darnell was very nice and the staff was pretty nice as well. The price was fair and she likes the escape so i guess thats all that matters. Great job. More

Horror show This is my 3rd ford I have purchased in the last 3 year's and I live in levittown . We'll this time I had a rude salesman and he told me to get the car somewhere else horrible management terrible staff need to be taught manners.how the owners let this happen I don't understand. I had gone through TrueCar and USAA since I am activ My husband and I walked into Levittown Ford on Sunday morning ready to buy a 2016 Ford Explorer. I had gone through TrueCar and USAA since I am active duty military, so I knew the price point. Our salesman, Artie seemed very nonchalant about our interest. He did not ask us any questions nor did he freely offer up any info about the vehicle. When I would ask him a question, I received a one word answer and was blatantly disrespected. When my husband rephrased the same question, Artie was quick to give him the answer. I am a female in the U.S. Military and have NEVER experienced the sexist behavior as I did that day. You can be sure I will NEVER bring my current vehicle back for service nor buy or recommend this dealership to ANYONE. More
