He took his time and showed us the vehicle and went over payments and options. He was a consummate professional from start to finish. We told him where we wanted to be with payment, and he came through for us. We took delivery of our new Explorer later that day. We were treated right, which is a big deal these days. (We walked out of a GMC dealer, and another Ford dealer in Wantagh, because we were not treated well.) The entire sales staff was exceptional. We highly recommend Levittown Ford! Ten stars!! More

As she was showing us the 2016 Explorer, she began telling us about the amazing features on the vehicle. In a matter of minutes, we were no longer talking to a sales person, it seemed like we were car shopping with a long time friend of the family. She asked what our expectations and needs were from a vehicle then pointed us in the right direction. Thanks to her patience and knowledge, we were introduced to the Ford Edge. The entire purchase process was seamless, and I never felt pressured. Starting with Janine, then owner/manager, followed by finance and warranty personnel. I ended up purchasing the Edge with 0% financing for 5 years and could not be happier. The personnel at the service center are just as nice as at the dealership. I brought the vehicle in two times for oil changes and never had to wait more than 45 minutes, and that is without an appointment. Overall, I would highly recommend Levittown Ford to all my friends, and recommend they ask for Janine! More

However, I am surprised and happy to say that Darnell is the exception to the rule: that is, HE IS AN HONEST STRAIGHT SHOOTER who turned one of my LEAST favorite experiences (visiting a car dealership) into a basically pleasant and stress free experience.
