I wasn't sure what vehicle I was interested in purchasing, but Janine was so patie It was truly a pleasure working with Janine S. at this dealership. I wasn't sure what vehicle I was interested in purchasing, but Janine was so patient dealing with me (and eventually my wife) and answering all of our questions. The entire purchase process was seamless, and I never felt pressured. Starting with Janine, then owner/manager, followed by finance and warranty personnel. I ended up purchasing the Edge with 0% financing for 5 years and could not be happier. The personnel at the service center are just as nice as at the dealership. I brought the vehicle in two times for oil changes and never had to wait more than 45 minutes, and that is without an appointment. Overall, I would highly recommend Levittown Ford to all my friends, and recommend they ask for Janine! More

I am old enough to have experienced more TERRIBLE car salesmen and dealerships than I care to remember. However, I am surprised and happy to say that Darnell is the exception to the rule: that is, HE IS AN HONEST STRAIGHT SHOOTER who turned one of my LEAST favorite experiences (visiting a car dealership) into a basically pleasant and stress free experience. I was also very satisfied with Adam Diaz who assisted on the financials. More

Darnell made the entire experience easy and pleasant, actually cared about what we wanted to do, understood what we needed/wanted in terms of the financials and made it an overall stress-free and pleasant experience - not something you would expect when purchasing a car! In fact, it is usually quite the opposite experience, so hats off to Darnell for bucking the trend and far exceeding expectations! More

Unacceptable workmanship and rude staff I recently bought s Ford for the first time. I regret it because of this service station. I have been here 4 times and every single time it has been a I recently bought s Ford for the first time. I regret it because of this service station. I have been here 4 times and every single time it has been a disaster. I needed to have the black side view mirror replaced. They actually installed a mirror with white paint streaks going down it and a clear white line going around it where they had taped it to paint it black. When I pointed it out the response was that it came out of the box like that. So after having my car for 5 hours they had to orders a new mirror and I had to waste another day dealing with this issue. They tell you they'll give you a loaner but they don't tell you that you'll have to wait 20 minutes for enterprise rent a car to come get you and then you'll have to drive 10 minutes up the road to get the loaner and another 15 to go through paperwork at enterprise. Cindy at the service desk had to be the rudest front line customer service representative I have ever encountered. Combative. From the quality of the workmanship to the overall experience I would say the service is subpar and aggravating. More
